The Public Safety class has been learning evidence collection, deductive reasoning and investigative tactics! Today they played Murder mystery games to put their new skills to the test! 💜








Mr. Clark & crew took our MMS & MHS bands to UNR for a an amazing college music experience.



It has been a great Fall Sports Season with all of our Brave teams reaching the postseason. League awards and team awards have also been set. This Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 5:30pm inside Griswold Gym we invite parents and family to join us at the Fall Sports Banquet to honor our Fall Sports Student-Athletes.
Football will have the main dish, Volleyball will have sides and salads, Soccer will have desserts and Cheer and Cross Country will have beverages and water.

MHS celebrated our very own Navy Veteran, Robert Buck. Austin Davis & Jesse Doss crafted and presented Mr. Buck with an American Flag with the Navy Seal. Mr. Grier helped present the flag and thanked Mr. Buck for his service.


We celebrated our Brave Staff & Students of the Month for September & October on Friday! These students and teachers exemplify what it means to be a Brave: Bold, Resilient, Academically Strong, Virtuous, and Empathetic. We started a new activity at MHS on Friday! "Name That Tune" had Mrs. Stockwell's class winning when they were the 4th caller & named "My Girl". The prize was Miss Cindy's cookies. Well done!

REMINDER...Quarter 1 ends TOMORROW! (Friday, 10/20). These grades determine eligibility for Quarter 2. If your kiddo has missing work, or is in danger of failing any classes...tonight is the last night to complete assignments. Please encourage your student to communicate with teachers in order to pass their classes and stay eligible. The new eligibility list goes into effect on Friday, 10/27.

It's just keeps getting better! HOCO Festivities continue tomorrow evening with the Bon Fire & King Crowning from 7-9. Students must be academically eligible in order to attend. (Eligibility was determined by 22-23 Semester 2 grades) This event is for MHS students ONLY. Family members may attend the crowning, but the remainder of the evening is a CLOSED event for ELIGIBLE MHS STUDENTS ONLY.
